RA (Reviuw Adjustment) is based on your answers to four specific categories: Customer Service, Value/Contract, Quality, and Recommend/Revisit. Each category has a weight, and your selections (from negative to positive) are scored accordingly. We calculate RA by applying weights to your answers, averaging the total, and rounding it to -1, 0, or 1.

We accept images or files like receipts, invoices, appointment confirmations, service photos, or any document that verifies your experience. Adding proof of purchase is optional but required to activate the RA component in your Review Score.

Yes, if your Customer Score is 5 and your RA is +1 (based on strong positive feedback and proof of purchase), your total Review Score can be 6. We call this a Five+ review — the highest level of verified satisfaction.

If you gave a 1-star Customer Score and selected negative feedback in the RA section (with or without proof), your final Review Score may drop to 0 after the adjustment. This indicates a very poor experience and helps readers understand the severity of the issue.

Proof helps ensure that reviews are genuine and fair. It reduces fake or biased submissions and allows the Reviuw Adjustment (RA) to be applied. Verified reviews carry more weight and credibility on the platform.

You can still leave a review and provide a Customer Score (CS), but the RA component will not be factored into the final Review Score (RS). Your review will be marked as "Unverified" and RS = CS.
